So you replaced the whole booster motor and accumulator and it still didnt work?? The thing about my motor is it doesnt make any weird noises or anything. Maybe it's just the contacts that are corroded.. I'm thinking if a car battery will sometimes start a car and sometimes not because of...

    Bolt help

I made this thread because I am rebuilding my engine and forgot to label some bolts and need help finding what goes where. There might be more but as of now does anyone know which bolts go into the ac compressor to hold the 2 lines on? I think they are these. What do you think?

    Piston to ring spacing

Huh ive heard the main caps are never a problem.. most things ive read said it didnt really matter cause you never see main caps break or the bolts pull out of the block which seems to be true. But i dont know what to believe honestly.. everyone had mixed opinions on literally everything which...

    Piston to ring spacing

    Piston to ring spacing

Yep i cleaned it like 5 times haha i painted it and honed it myself and got it double checked with the machine shop and they thought i paid for someone to do it. They were shocked when i told them i did that with a ball hone. Everything gets expensive but itll last a really long time once you...

    Piston to ring spacing

This is the japanese 4.7. I think it just sucked in a ton of water from a rainstorm when i hit a puddle. The oem rings are pretty expensive ($350). Supposedly toyota owns 10 percent of the nippon ring company so i would think they are pretty good and reading all the reviews on them i feel more...
