Can anyone confirm if 80 series Rear Upper Control Arms will fit a 100 Series with bolt modification

Just swapped in 100 series UCAs onto my 80. Can confirm bushings swap over just fine. However, the 100 arms are right around a 1/4" longer than the 80 UCAs. With a 2.5"-3" lift, I'm thinking this shouldn't create any driveline issues. Will see.

Best source or brand for reman calipers?

Oh no, sorry. Referring to the surface/boss where the brake line attaches. Admittedly I've been using the NAPA supplied crush gaskets... had no idea there was a difference between these and OEM. Still, it's worth pulling the little plug that covers this area just to see what you're dealing with...

Best source or brand for reman calipers?

FWIW It seems Napa quality is really slipping in the reman department. I'm currently trying to replace an 80 series front Eclipse caliper due to a seized piston, and while Napa is happy to replace it, the sealing surface on the replacements have either been gouged or very rough. I've refused to...

Could work? From what I can tell they're the same, just different sized bushings. Can anybody confirm off the top of their head?

    Installing OME Caster Correction Bushings

Guess I'm really curious about how much potential there is to gain by reinstalling the OME bushings. Is 3 degrees castor even realistic with CC bushings?

    Installing OME Caster Correction Bushings

Thanks, I'll keep the brackets as an option down the road. Probably should've considered this option more strongly knowing that the CC bushings had some dissenters here on mud.

    Installing OME Caster Correction Bushings

A little follow up. Pressed in the OME CC bushings using alignment marks from the plumb bob method. Castor measured at 1.80 and 1.86 degrees at each side. So I got them installed fairly even. Problem is that the steering wheel is very sluggish returning to center after a turn, to the point where...

Thanks bilt4me, for the quick response and great explanation. That was my hunch and I overlooked that mention in the FSM.

    Installing OME Caster Correction Bushings

Awakening an old thread as I get ready to install OME bushings (OME medium kit just installed). In Slee's instructions he briefly says to have "the vehicle on the ground, at normal ride height." Is it important to have the vehicle loaded at normal driving weight before marking the leading arms...
