Change your valve cover & oil ring gaskets. The oil rings gets bad over time & oil will build up on the spark plugs. Everytime you start the truck that oil will burn off causing smoke for a few seconds
Guys try this product called eco-orange. That stuff cleans anything. Light colored vehicles the hard stains instantly comes off. Price range between $60-$80 a gallon. Put like 3 to 4 oz in a bottle and full with water. Shake it up then spray and wipe.
I had my amp in my truck for 4yrs now. No problem so far. Has a stock sound standing outside of the vehicle. But hits hard when you inside the vehicle. Another alternative you can use is a load capacitor that stays charged & most of the load strain comes from the cap & not the battery.
All those what re_guderian said & also try to burp your system. One morning after sitting overnight, remove the radiator cap, start the truck & have your blower on high & max heat. Let the truck run until it reaches operating temperature then check the coolant level in the radiator & make sure...
Take out your thermostat, set it in a pot of water on the stove & let it come to a boil to see if it opens when hot. I also had a blow out due to my serpentine belt shredded & wrapped around my clutch fan keeping it from spinning.
pic #1 is the LX470 projectors with the SC430 bowl mounted. Pic #2 is the SC430 projectors put together. That's when I decided to cut the lx projector & just use the bracket.
It's a very easy retrofit. SC430 projectors mounting points is very very close to the LX470 projectors. As if the SC430 projectors were made for this truck
I ordered some E30 clear projector lenses today. Hopefully they here by the wknd so I can put my surgical gear on & get to operating next week. Will keep you guys posted. I'm removing the tsx-r clear lens. If anyone interested in them they can have them
For what I did was wait until my trip meter say I have less than 5 miles to empty. I poured the lacquer thinner in the tank and added like a half a tank of premium gas. Drove around until I emptied out that mixture, says drive 100 miles on it. The refilled with premium fuel. All my symptoms went...
I also seen a video of how they would take an old catalytic converter & purge it thru this hi pressure water & solution to clean it. Then spray paint it, wrap it in bubble wrap and ready for resale.
Yes my problem is gone. Runs like a champ now. I know about lacquer thinner and how it melts certain plastics. Been working with lacquer thinner for yrs. I just know it solved my problem
Today is Friday Feb 24th & I poured the lacquer thinner in my truck tank 2 days ago. After driving around all my misfires stop, cel went out. Put back on the scanner everything's in the green. Truck back to normal. It works fam.
