    SOLD Sold

Is this still available? Any idea what shipping to AK might run? Flat rate boxes are the cheapest I think, but I don't know if that will all fit.

Depo retrofit with Morimoto M-Led 2.0’s and Profile Hi-Lens led high beams.

Any chance you could elaborated on what you did to prevent hitting the glass? I've realized that after aiming mine, both projectors are just barely touching the outer glass, creating a small rub spot. I need to fix it before it becomes a real problem.

    Throttle icing up..?

My suspicion at this point is a few factors combined: lots of "warm up" idling that causes condensation and possibly too much gunk in the passage ways of the catch can. Once I open the throttle up while driving it sucks in all the excess moisture and voila, frozen butterfly valve. I have removed...

    Throttle icing up..?

My drive is only about 6 miles at 45 mph max. I emptied my catch can last weekend. But I would agree I doesn't seem to be evaporating moisture away

    Throttle icing up..?

I pulled the intake boot off and I found considerable water inside the throttle body. I also disconnected the hose on the valve cover next to the PCV that goes into the throttle body and it is filled with oil/water vapor milk shake. I don't think that hose should be pushing air from the valve...

    Throttle icing up..?

Yes i believe it was the shaft for the butterfly that was stuck. I don't think the bypass hoses have been messed with at all but I will check on that.

    Throttle icing up..?

Good morning everyone, Temps are getting cold here in AK. This morning was -30 F. I had the cruiser's (94) block heater plugged in all night. I let it warm up for 10 mins before I started the drive to work. After 5 minutes of driving, my throttle became stuck open at about 3000 rpms. It would...

What Did You Do with Your 80 This Weekend?

I would soak it in kroil for a few days then hit it with the propane, then lightly on the impact. Vibration can be your friend.

Talk me off the ledge. Thinking about selling

So you have 70k into it, and you won't get all that back. Doesn't make any sense to me to sell it. You have to just start driving the thing. I fail to see how you wouldn't be bothered by driving a brand new vehicle on salty roads. Fluid film it and enjoy. Everything on this planet rots away with...

Is that a sherwin williams product? I am having trouble finding out much about it. Thanks

What Did You Do with Your 80 This Weekend?

I'd Genesis topcoat similar to Monstaliner? The finish looks textured to me.

Hard Rear Collision in Denver- December 8th, 23

If you end up getting a replacement 80, might be worth buying that one back from insurance for a parts vehicle.

    Very subtle cruise control glitchiness

Have this problem also, 55-62 Mph. I replace my throttle cable for different reasons, but a new throttle cable did not fix the CC for me. Partsouq shows the CC cable as discontinued for a 1994. Still trying to find a solution.

What Did You Do with Your 80 This Weekend?

I changed my oil and rotated tires. Performed a pretty thorough inspection. Found two bad ujoints, a leaking PS pump, leaking steering gearbox, and more rust.. Snapped a few pictures of the light output on my retrofits. Morimoto ds2 minis. Low beams High beams Very happy with the result.

    1FZ-FE Break In Procedures/Tips/Advice

I haven't read any other suggestions here, so sorry if this is duplicate info. I am an aircraft mechanic/pilot, and when we break-in new cylinders or whole engines, we run a mineral oil for the first 25 hours. The first 5 hours of flight we run the engine pretty hard and hot, changing power...

Looking for the brightest, widest coverage headlight aftermarket replacements, period. Cost is not an issue here...

A retrofit will get you there. Many people up here in AK drive with light bars, but they are incredibly blinding. We don't have many rural roads, because well, we don't have many roads. It may be possible to find DOT approved aux lights though that have a good cut off

Looking for the brightest, widest coverage headlight aftermarket replacements, period. Cost is not an issue here...

Depo housings and morimoto d2s mini projectors. Pretty easy to install. Took one evening per headlight. Check out theretrofitsource.com I doubt there is a better solution than high quality projectors for low beams. Its the dark season in AK and I like the output while not blinding traffic. The...
