I just had the same problem last week. Whistle/vacuum leak sound which i thought was coming from the injection pump area but i couldn't find anything.:frown:
Anyway i did a oil/filter change at the same time, and when i removed the filter box cover and rubber intake pipe to clean the air...
Im pretty sure there was never a factory 3B turbo.

Are the B and 3B exhaust manifolds the same apart from the stud size?
As in they will be able to work/fit on either motor, ie same dimensions apart from the stud size?
So i can get a manifold and turbo set up from a 3B and bolt it on to my B engine?
