    Sorry for the delay, just took a couple of photos of the mudflaps I made. The material is a flexible plastic which is very durable, they use this to make mud flaps for rally cars etc. It is very strong and will bend the metal it is attached to well before it breaks at the bolt holes.     Hi Hoser, Yes spacers could do the trick, however illegal for road use in Oz, would also help clearance between tyre and upper wishbone which is minimal with 35's.
