I did all that during the pandemic lockdown.
For any mechanic the timing belt H2O pump is easy. Remove the radiator / fan shroud and replace everything you can reach.
I changed spark plugs, tensioner, water pump, timing belt and anything else I could reach
In the end I fixed it all...
fixed. My heater blend door servo motor sub assembly now works
installing the new one on the actuators was tricky, I needed to see a
working system and from there easy to figure out.
OTRAMM video on youtube just cut the rear shocks off with a sawsall.

It isn't going back together, (I found you could open up the motor and rotate the plastic gear and the damaged ones are out of the way)
Seems like the white plastic levers won't attach. Maybe I',m missing a hook lever or something...

The air mix servo has plastic gears along with metal. Some may break and you´ll here the buzzing as it tries to engage.
Since they are hard to replace. I found rotating the bad teeth side 180 ° and it still works.
I needed the air mix servo with the little actuator and wiring harness for my 99 LC

key housing break easily
I bought a non-fob type key with transponder (they're cheap) and programmed it with my other master. It works fine. It starts the care but doesn't have the remote.
I also found an ebay vendor from Hong Kong who sells the blank key and housing for around $20 with...
I sort of gave up with the salvage yards. :frown: I miss pick u part!
I was quite unsuccessful before Summer and figured I needed to wait. The yards don't like to part out nuts and bolts. I think they want to sell me the whole heater box (all I need is an actuator lever)
