    That is a classic inner axle seal failure. Your FJ is due for a front axle service. Tons of how-to thread here, look through FAQ. Good Luck.

    do the fan clutch fluid mod first and run with regular coolant. then see how it goes. you can get fluid at a RC hobby shop for $10-$15.

    wiring issues for the ecu sensors. the shock disturbs them. mine does it often on Edmonton pothole roads.

    I think my non turbo just failed.

    Take the valve cover off. take the glow plugs out. rotate the engine clockwise by hand, feel for contact etc. next you can try draining the oil and check for metal debris, then take the oil pan off. All the above should take you about 4-5 hours max at a leisurely pace.

    follow your finger to the intake throttle body, there will be small hose coming out of a nipple in the throttle body. follow the hose to the inner fender where this sensor will be bolted along with the diagnostic port and bunch of relays.

    IS your check engine light on? check for codes there first. You can wiggle the turbo with fingers (not running) to check if you have too much play. some oil in these pipes is normal, You need to do a engine compression check first to verify the basics.

    there should be a chassis plate on the firewall after you open the bonnet. should be A343F.

    if you did the injectors, I am assuming you disconnected the fuel hoses too. they would be brittle and old could leak air. better change them. clear hose is good idea to eliminate the primer pump.

    Just get a generic water tight plug that would accept the wire size 10-12 gauge maybe. I had the same thing myself. :(.
