    Head gasket cost

    I just did all the new hose's and clamps ... I would love to have it be something stupid , there's no other explanation for the steaming antifreeze coming out of the exhaust . The truck is still drivable , I just don't want it to build any pressure in the cooling system , I don't want any more...

    I would like to keep this thread on the posititive , I was was on that posititve kick my self til my truck pee'd on my day ... Sorry about the negitive post , I hoped my gasket would last . Lucklly it must have happened the last time I drove it home and it did not over heat cause any damage ...

    Dose not appear to be any head damage short of pulling it a part , runs and idles perfect . I may just price it acordinglly and sell it as it is , I just have no time to work on it and don't want to leave it sit , it really is a nice truck .
