    Chrome tone painted LX470 wheels?

    My 2000 LC wheels were chrome and starting to bubble. Found this set of LX470 16” wheels. Kind of look chrome but are painted. Original. Slee’s website suggests they may be the 2001 chrome tone paint. What is chrome tone paint? Do you clean it with chrome polish? Or treat it like paint?

    A/C Heater Cluster Dash Bulbs Mouser P/N
