    Securing stock tire carrier

I have a bike rack mounted to the tire carrier. When I have the bike on the rack, the weight tends to peel the carrier down. Any ideas on securing the carrier to the tailgate when the bike is on?

What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

I replaced the original radiator and frame with a griffin radiator. Welded some brackets together to hold it in place. Also added a flexalite fan.
