The seatbelt wound up being coincidental, but we did realize this happened when the truck was being turned.
The EFI relay was losing power. Fuse was found to be loose and had been replaced previously. snugged up the fuse connections and replaced both.

Could you please post up or provide a link to undercarriage pictures of all suspension and frame rails? Perhaps pictures of the OEM wheels you intend to include with sale along with the tires that will be mounted to them? Or is this buyers choice?
Its the same pitch as the other bolts.
I'd just measure the depth of the holes in the crank case (the one in the oil pump cover needs to be sealed) with a wooden dowel and buy a bolt shorter than your measurement.
