I saw a silver 80 series it looked stock with tinted windows on Siegen on the other side of the canal from Lowes parked at some apartment complexes. Who are you? Your tint looks great and I'd like to get some info on it.
I was wondering if anyone on here owns the white stock 80 series with tinted windows I saw parked at some apartment complexes off of Siegen before the Lowes. I was wondering what percentage tint you've got it looks great.
I'm re routing my my exhaust and I'm thinking about modifying the existing brackets with the rubber on them but I'd rather just weld a bracket without the rubber on them to the frame. Would just welding the bracket to the frame cause problems with my exhaust like breaking from the engine...
I'm in the process of taking off the 2 bulky cats and replacing with a magnaflow hi flo cat. Will I need to and can I extend my secondary o2 sensor wires to put it further back to keep it from throwing a code?
I know this subject has been beat to death but I couldn't find the a thread to answer what I'm wondering. I've got a 96 fzj80 with a 2.5" I think, OME lift with front heavy springs and 863j' in the rear I've also got 30mm spring spaces up front to rid of the stink bug stance. I've got 33's now...
The title is pretty much self explanatory when I'm accelerating between 1400 and 1600 rpm the whole thing gets rough and starts shaking the suff by my shifter real bad. Any ideas why it's doing this or is it normal?
I drove myself crazy last night trying to find some pics of various ways to run the exhaust coming out in front the rear tire and couldn't find any. I'm looking at welding in a magnaflow muffler between the frame and body and then welding the resonator with the existing tip a little bit after...
I was getting 2 codes one for each o2 sensor a couple months ago and I couldn't afford getting new ones. I pulled the first o2 sensor out and sprayed it with a lot of carb cleaner and now it's been driven 5k miles since the fix and I haven't seen a single code.
Hopefully this helps some of y'all
I'm looking at either getting the 5" or 6" round straight through magnaflow for my 80. I'm going to be dumping the exhaust at the rear tire. Some of y'all say the I-6 sounds better quiet but I like the sound. I'm looking to get a good medium between straight piped and stock with a slight leak...
Is my front pinion supposed to have this much play in it?
Also how do I check my transfer case fluid?
The vid will be posted below
I can't get the vid on because it says it doesn't have an extension. The pinion has about 3 inches of left to right travel
im in the process of re wiring a trailer and the hook up to the trailer on my 96, I'm getting 12volts to every wire except the yellow one. I got my multi meter out and tested it at this little black box. Could that box be the reason it's not getting any voltage?
I'm in the process of changing my valve cover gasket, and when I try to pull the valve cover off this hose that make a 90 degree turn gets in the way and I was wondering what it's purpose was
I did some searching here on Mud and couldn't find what this part was called. It hooks up to the hose for the air intake and when I was trying to take it off I applied slight pressure to it with a screw driver and it shattered, does anyone know what it's called.
So my current muffler is stock and it has a crack in it, I tried straight piping it but it's way too loud does anyone have any recommendations on a good Barky exhaust that's not too loud but a good bit louder than stock?
So I was going down the road the other day and I smelled burning oil I got out to check and found this I'm guessing the nut fell off and let the grease start flying out (not torqued to specs) and I had to do a side of the road fix, but does anyone know what this nut and bolt are called that...
So here's the story in June I went wheeling and it was some pretty steep stuff, so on the way home the oil pressure went to zero but it would go back to normal if it was put in neutral and was just coasting down the highway. It only does this around 1800-2800rpms I put some marvel mystery oil in...
