    Alignment question and specs

Just found this, wonder if this is it, as my battery has died and I think this causes the VGRS system to recalibrate.... https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/2006-lx470-crooked-steering-wheel.1244482/#post-13744955

    Alignment question and specs

So my 2005 LX with 325k seems to have an alignment issue, or so I think. Scheduled to get it checked out this week. It seems to track straight with a little pull to the right. However it seems when you need to correct it when it veers off course and a little steering wheel adjustment seems to be...

    Sunroof leak

Having same issue as @2RM and @Lazarus556 , got some black silicone RTV to do a seal on the plastic gap. The roof tends to hang on the seal on the drivers side when returning from the tilt up position. It seems like maybe the plastic trim has lost some adhesion and almost like it needs to be...

Hitch Receiver Question for 04 LX470

ryanrtxtx, yes I didn't have a reciever hitch that would fit due to hitting the spare tire either. I ended up putting hitch mount from my 1999 LC 100 on my 2005 LX 470, so now I've got two spots! The lower mount works better to level out a trailer, not sure how much drop the Toyota factory one...

fumoto F103 oil drain valve seems too tight to hand thread

Thanks for the replies, I'm wondering since the fumoto valve is brass if it is designed to be a tad larger since it's softer and too help it seal better? I was going to take my calipers and measure them. Going to hardware store and testing it is a good idea.

fumoto F103 oil drain valve seems too tight to hand thread

The oil pan drain bolt appears to be the same size and thread. It is definitely not larger than the fumoto valve. I've been searching online and found another post on a dodge forum the same question gets asked. It is like I got a fumoto size that is just a hair to large. I'll see if I can take...

fumoto F103 oil drain valve seems too tight to hand thread

All, I'm in process of oil change and have fumoto f103n to install. My oil pan bolt goes in easy. Even has some play going in. This fumoto valve will start about two hand turns and then it's to tight for me to hand thread. I'd need to use a wrench, is this normal?

    Sunroof drains but still leaks...

I think that plastic trim is suspect, mine has been lifting off causing sun roof to not work all the time. I am going to install a new gasket and see if I can glue that plastic trim down.

Power Steering rack inlet & outlet hose removal

Thanks for the tips. I just checked out your link, you show two different part numbers for gaskets 44327-30030 and 44327-30040. I am checking local dealer I order OEM parts from online and they only show part # 44327-30040 for both Hose & Tube Assembly Gasket, Right & Hose & Tube Assembly...

Power Steering rack inlet & outlet hose removal

@2001LC thanks for the information on power steering flush. I found several posts on this including yours. However I did not find any write up on replacing power steering hoses, specifically pressure side power steering hose. I will take plenty of photos and write up what I find out.
