    AHC from 2006

    Hi Is there much demand for the used AHC parts? Should it be sold as a system or pieces? I am going to be removing from our 2006 LC with approx 25k miles. The AHC is being replaced by a 2 inch lift. Thanks Doug

    You might want to check the cabin air filters behind the back wall of the glove box. Not a big deal in its self but it gives an indicator on how the vehicle was maintained. Also check the roof for any dings.

    I have always had very positive experience with Land Cruiser Specialists in Austin. Everyone I have spoken with, that has used them has also been very pleased. We are getting ready to do the lift on the 100 and they are the only ship I am considering.

    Hankook Tire Experience - Not positive

    its been in the 50's a the tire induced poor ride quality has gotten worse, normally after 5-10 miles the quality improves. With colder weather it never improves..... The Hankook tire replacement is now on the top of the list of todo's.

    hi my 2013 LC windows have been fogging during cold rainy days. Turning on the font defogger helps some but does not clear out the fog on the windows. The outside air is on, so we are not recirculating out side air. What can I do to quickly clear the fog? thanks Doug

    The wife drove the 2013 with the Hankook tires yesterday. She commented that she could feel the vibration then it went away. I told her that the Hankook customer support manager said that was normal for radial tires. I have never felt that initial vibration until the tire warms up with any...

    interesting that the problems still persist with Hankook. I agree, tires are too expensive to mess with a low/poor quality brand.
