    PDI Landcruiser 60 series HJ61 HJ60 Front mount intercooler (performancedieselintercoolers.com.au) This was what was suggested by Onur for that exact same motor. I put a lot of weight on his recommendations.

    Definitely rule out that fuel pressure regulator and the vacuum line. It sounds like a classic symptom of the fuel pressure regulator.
