    following. have a super rusty 100, a good shape 4runner and a pristine tundra. would like to spare the newer vehicles the fate of the older.

    I think I've done something fundamentally wrong - hmmm

    looks like oils or other contamination prior to painting. it never bonded. upon cure, it crcked, allowing moisture, etc... in. Fertan sells an epoxy primer, id give it a go.
