A transplant in a very modern car is probably all but impossible given the aircraft-like electronics. Nothing would work properly. N/A big motors are unfortunately going the way of the dodo
Looks better than I thought, the front grille design in particular is very good. The giant "TRD PRO" on the tailgate is a major turnoff for me personally, but all in all, depending on where this is priced, the LC250 is gonna be a tough sell in the US.
I'm guessing Toyota's abysmal production...
Do a search as this has come up in the past and I have not seen anything for a long range tank for the Sequoia that anyone has built thus far--those threads may point you in the right direction. It for sure would be a game changer but I'm not sure any outfitters have seen enough willingness on...
It's pretty much the only complaint I could have about my second gen is no heated steering wheel but that is luxury s*** [that should absolutely be included in an $80K truck in the new generation]
Agree it's more about the maintenance habits and owner behavior. But if you are planning to get something for the long haul, why not try to find a mall crawler off lease that has been dealer-maintained throughout its life right?

I tried to buy the Land Cruiser Heritage rims at full punt from my Toyota dealer for my 2021 Sequoia and they were VIN-locked. The Dealer couldn't even order them. You might be right
I have a 2018 and love it except for the climate control buried in the screen and the tech is definitely ancient [and I don't care at all about tech beyond bluetooth audio and handsfree phone]. I think if buying "today" I'd seriously consider punting up for the modernized interior - it looks a...
Diono makes the thinnest car seat out there, I could have fit 3 across my old VW Alltrack. Tight but would fit. I'm sure the LC250 will be able to with the right spec seat.
Get a 2nd Gen Sequoia - even with the captain's chairs there are velcro flat panels that fold out of the captain's seats to make the back a flat enough load space, and there is a LOT of space. The new Sequoia, as mentioned, has a stupid setup due to the battery with even less space. I wanted a...
