    Anyone in here have a carb for a 69 F engine? The 40 I bought is missing a bunch of items off the carb and need to replace the entire carb. Just trying to get it running. Plan on upgrading to Sniper 2 once it’s available.

    The carb doesn't have to be exact. I'd just like to get it running. It actually might be a 70. I'm going to check in the morning. The 63 will be a restomod. I has a chevy v8 now and a horrible chevy steering column. I'm trying to make the interior Toyota again but will have a chevy drivetrain...

    I'll swing by. Does anyone have a complete steering column with wheel for an early (1963) FJ40 / FJ45LV? I'm also looking for a carb for my 69 FJ40.

    I'm not sure. I bought it from a guy here in Bozeman. It's possible though. From what I've been told it's always been a "local" truck originally bought in Bozeman. The original owner died (not sure when) and the guy I bought it from picked it up from his family and never titled it. I'm not sure...

    I'm out for this summer. I sold my freeborn red 78 FJ40 back to the original owner. He decided he couldn't live without it. I recently bought a 70 FJ40 but it won't be trail/road worthy until next summer.

    Gauging intrest on producing FJ40 lower heater spring

    Anyone know where I can source a lower flap spring like the one in the above pic? Anyone know someone that can manufacture it? It seems like mission impossible trying to find this bad boy.

    There's not as much room in there once everything is mounted/installed. There's extra space but not a ton. It's a nice fit overall. I'll try to grab some completed shots tomorrow.
