2006 with VVT-i and 5 speed transmission, plus headers and exhaust upgrades in addition to armor add ons.
Despite the fact I usually flip cars every 2-3 years, I never thought I’d come here to sell this one. I’ve had it for 5 years and that’s the longest I’ve ever owned a vehicle. But...
If in Drive and at a stop, with brake depressed, I have developed a really bad vibration that resonates throughout the cabin. If I put it in neutral - gone. If moving at any speed - gone and everything smooth as can be.
Driveshaft?
Video doesn’t do it much justice, it’s quite loud when stopped.
Kinda shopping rear bumpers again. I do need to retain the full 6500 tow rating, and I do understand that none of these are "officially" rated but due to their construction we can feel confident in their ability to handle a trailer.
Which rear bumper options can tow as much as the factory tow...
Going to get new leather for the first/second rows of my 2006 Land Cruiser. I have the Ivory interior as seen below (not a photo of mine, wish my leather was that nice) and had assumed I'd just get tan/ivory as a replacement. However, I'm thinking of matching that darker color on dash and door...
Raising this question because I'm considering buying a used LX and found an oddity in a online listing.
One appearance refresh on the LX came in 2013, the grill went from
to
I think. However, I've found a 2011 LX for sale and all the dealership photos for that 2011 show what I think is...
Not mine, just interested in the auction
Only $5999, or perhaps less if negotiated.
However 422k miles (which is why I’m interested, I love high mileage LC’s/LX’s)...
Looking for one or two factory oem crossbars, from the roof rack, for a 100 series - preferably close in year to my 2006 (not sure if it matters among the 100 series)
Cross bar

Driving my 2006 with 205k miles to work today and CEL came on. Got home and it only showed a P0430 code. Cleared the code and didn’t immediately return, but only ran engine a few minutes so far. Truck ran fine before and after the CEL, nothing noticeable in performance.
Taking wife and three...
Bought my truck earlier this year, it's been great. It was a police impound vehicle before I bought it, the ignition lock cylinder was replaced. I have keys for that replacement obviously, but no remote lock control fob. Initially, fairly rarely, the alarm would go off when I unlocked the truck...
My wife had the Cruiser for a day since her car was at the dealership, when idling at a stop for 15-20 minutes, in 100 degree temps and direct sun, she said the car shuddered fairly violently then died. She couldn't restart it immediately but after a couple minutes she could. It then happened...
Not mine obviously, but saw it in a search. I'm looking for a 2006/2007 LC but this is a bit far from me and I do assume it has some issues at this price. Has anyone checked it out or would be willing to go look at it? 2006 with 195K miles for $11,495.

Can anyone tell me if there is a specific part number to replace the hose indicated? Or diameter if I can just use a generic flex. Same question for hose to the right, but it is a generic flex hose on my truck.
No affiliation, just peruse craigslist on occasion. Sometimes tempted to upgrade by 80 but I love it too much.
This one is cheap but has a rebuild title. Have not verified information in ad to see if legit (minimal repairs, carfax history, etc).

Driving to work at 75 MPH on the tollway and red light above voltage lights up. Hmm, never seen that before. I'm nearly to work, I'll check when I get there I say to myself. Maybe a minute later truck starts blowing steam and it takes me a full minute to be able to get to a safe place to park it...
looking to replace factory bumper with aftermarket rear bumper on my 96 FJ80. I want to buy used and save some money.
Most likely I'll still be looking no matter how old this post is, so message me.
This 1996 FZJ has 230K miles on the clock and a lot of rust due to life in Wisconsin. Parking brake needs a rebuild. Wanting to service differentials and t-case this week and hitting it with PB Blaster because I'm not confident the bolts will come off, especially in rear due to rust. Dirty...
