    So turns out it was a bad relay, the issue with the new relay was that the pin placement for the high beam was in a different position. Had to use tico mechanics and splice the line to that pin placement in the harness. This is the way it was done before just had to remove the electrical tape...

    Awesome Stevebradford I will take a look at the diagram. these are plug and play I didn't change the wiring. pulled out original lenses and replaced with these. But Again this truck is 40 years old and there has been plenty of wires spliced under the console.
