Dash lights, Heater controls, rear defrost button are dead???

Okay the fusible links are fine and the headlights are working. The fuses under the dash have all checked out. I don't have access to a meter at the moment so I'm stuck with plug and play. I did replace the tail lamp fuse and also noticed the tail lamps and break lamps are not working either...

Dash lights, Heater controls, rear defrost button are dead???

Basically I Have no power to anything on my dash. I can live with out dash lights but considering its 15 degrees outside some heat and defrost would be nice! I also noticed that when trying to put it in gear I need to press the shift lock button to get it out of park. I checked the fuses and...

    random intermittent oil light?

Dan - I had the same thing happen to me last year on my 91. Turns out in my case it was the first indicator that my alternator was about to go out. Watch your voltage and see if it is fluctuating as well. If the light is on and the voltage out of whack it may be the alternator. You may want...

    Thermostat?

While driving the kids to school yesterday I noticed that my heater was not blowing hot air. I took a look at my temp gauge and it was in the red. Does this mean my thermostat has had it? Any ideas and thanks in advance.

    Blown Motor?

I got the new plug in this morning. It's not very difficult to install just a little hard to get to. I had to unplug the #5 wire for ease of access. I used the back side of a dye about the size of the plug to press against it and hit the other end with a hammer. I got it in eventually with...
