   Unknown Alternator/Charging Issue

   I would pull the alternator and try washing the alternator out with fresh water and let it dry. Then see of it that fixed it. Ethylene Glycol is nasty stuff. You may end up replacing it entirely, but you should be able to rebuild it with new brushes and regulator.
