    78 is the year this one has three lines, but didnt come with a spacer, just two circle pieces, what does the spacer do, i cant find where the fuel return is either

    Hey, i have a fj45 i have put a new fuel pump in, i took the hose of the filter and put my finger against and its sucking a tiny bit but not much and not sucking fuel front fuel tank how can i fix this problem?
