    Tundra Towing/ Hauling ?

i tow with this same truck everyday, a 2014. i have really put it to the test, more than I should have. also have a 2013 DB short bed. the difference is staggering in the improved towing ability. i have the TRD sway bar, and PacBrake airbag setup, with 10 ply tires. It's no 1 ton, but its...

    Shocks for 12 and 14

Trying to get a confirmation on whether this will work. Can TRD shocks from a 2014 be mounted right up in a stock 12 SR

    Tundra/Sequoia Picture Thread!

Here’s the other one. 2014. Long bed. 51,000 miles. Bilstein 2.5” shocks on front. Rear is stock shocks with PacBrake airbags. I like how the 14 tow/haul button changes the pulling much better than the 13.

    Ome suspension on a Tundra

I did OME heavy springs and shocks on a 13 so I could run a a snow plow. They heavy springs gave me 5”+ of life. Rides like a rock. Very rough. Mediums would have probably been fine. Rear is stock springs and shocks with pacbrake airbags. Rides great. Handles 3000# in the bed when needed.

    Tundra - Plowing questions -

Finally pulled the trigger on the lift and beefing up. Went with OME Heavy struts and springs up front. It raised the truck 6” in front. Have PacBrake airbags in the back with stock shocks and can match the ride height I need based on weight. I mounted the Blizzard PowerPlow 8100 to see if...

    Tundra - Plowing questions -

I’m not very familiar with front spring lifts. Would this best to buy in a kit or buy 2 springs and 2 shocks? I was priced locally $550 for installing 2 bilstein adjustable shocks. So while they are in there than just swap the sprigs too?

    Flatbed on a Tundra....pics needed

Looking for some people that have pictures of their tundras with flatbeds on them, or utility beds of any type. I’ve got a ‘13 double cab with 6.5’ bed, and I’d like to see what it will look like with a 7’x7’ flatbed installed. The bed manufacturers don’t really have any info for the tundra...

    Tundra - Plowing questions -

Thanks for the great info. Hadn’t heard the cam and engine problems. Also didn’t know the tow package included a trans cooler. This guy is asking 9000 but I think 8K cash would bring it home. It’s definitely not what I would call clean, but for 200K, it’s not bad really. Haven’t driven it...

    Tundra - Plowing questions -

Several tundra questions regarding snow plows and model years. I currently own a ‘13 double cab. BEST Truck I’ve ever owned. Question is: do any of you have first hand experience with snow Plowing with your tundra. If so, which plow brand and model are you running? Suspension upgrades...

    Adding switches..need switched ignition wire

need some help on a 13 tundra. I'm adding airbags and in-cab compressor controls. I need a switched ignition wire in the lower driver side kick panel. I've test lighted all the available wires at the plugs all jammed in that area. Can't find one. Any ideas? Do I need to go out the firewall...

My 2011 Tundra Crewmax with RTT

You got any pics of the air bag setup. Maybe compressor mount location or in-can control mount location?

    Tundra Towing/ Hauling ?

I picked up a '13 tundra a couple weeks ago. I have towed some light trailer loads, maybe 3-4K worth. Couldn't tell it was back there with the engine power. Squatted a bit more than I like to see and feel. I've gotten in a PacBrake airbag setup and in-cab controls to install. Also a good...

    Tundra Towing/ Hauling ?

Sounds like air bags are needed. What brand is worth buying? I have Pac Brake on my dodge 4500. Seems a little more well-built than the ride-rite setup. Any options for the tundra air bags?

    Tundra Towing/ Hauling ?

I have a lawn care company and would be hauling a spray tank setup, 200 gall or 300 gall rig. 2200-3500# on the 200 gall, And 2800-3000# for the 300 gall setup, including the framing of the rig, hose, etc. I'm just tired of all the stupid problems I get with these dodge and Chevys I've been...

    Tundra Towing/ Hauling ?

That's what I was thinking but I wanted to hear it from some guys hauling regularly. Sure wish toyota would offer a dually pickup. Would be nice What about a daily 2500# in the bed with no trailer. Would that be a viable option?

    Tundra Towing/ Hauling ?

I'm considering a second generation tundra as a work truck. How much would you tow/haul in the bed or on a trailer or both at the same time, with your tundra? Would a daily 7-10K load be too much for a second generation model?
