Shouldn't the tube portion slide inside the hitch and not hang outside? If it hangs outside then the entire weight of the receiver and the bike rack will sit on the four bolts. Not a sound design in my opinion. You need a receiver that slides into the hitch.

Could you send the link to the actual item you are recommending? I checked their website and I don't see the 4 bolt receiver design that is needed for the LX integrated hitch.
