I would be getting the injectors looked at first. Timing on diesel injection pumps does not go out of whack on its own. I would turn the fuel down an 1/8th of a turn and another 1/8th if there is no difference. Mark it so you can turn it back to where you started.
Pretty much unheard of in Australia. One shop told me that when they come across something they havent done before, they reach out to "mates" or buddies in the industry for advice or actual help.
So what's the actual problem with the fuel injection on the 13BT? Is there a thread elsewhere on it.?
