thanks @Trunk Monkey now to figure out how to remove it and not damage it, looks like it has some clips on the side

the wife said the visor door isn't tight. I looked at it, the flap/door covering the mirror has no "tension" on it. It moves easily, it does not "snap" open or closed. Anyone ever take a visor apart? is there a spring inside that controls the flap? 2000 Landcruiser the light still works as it should
