I've heard of people reusing them. You would need to check it afterwards and see if there are any leaks.
Even though those may be expensive to have delivered it's a lot cheaper than losing your diff oil and suffering a catastrophic failure.

I mounted my Ironman 8' awning to my factory crossbars. Just drilled some holes and sourced some longer bolts so it would fit. I only used two of the three brackets, but mine only weighs 27lbs. No issues and it feels really secure.
Nice, that's the same setup I have and installed about two weeks ago. I've been very happy with the Ironman so far. Next week will be my first foray on a weekend lite off-road trip, but the commuting to work has been great.
Just remember to have the right size drill bit for the control arm...
It had pretty much everything for the lift. Shocks and springs, torsion bars, diff drop, control arm reinforcement brackets...

I doubt all of them went bad, but I am not a expert on anything wiring. Unless someone else with more experience with the issue chimes in, if it were me, I would start with cleaning one.
