Is it okay to reuse the front diff plug crush washers?

I've heard of people reusing them. You would need to check it afterwards and see if there are any leaks. Even though those may be expensive to have delivered it's a lot cheaper than losing your diff oil and suffering a catastrophic failure.

It's a flat paint. Original was black but I'm guessing previous owner repainted due to sun fading.

Suggestions Needed - Lower Ball Joint Stuck

Heat + this worked. Just had to get more confident with an even bigger hammer.

Suggestions Needed - Lower Ball Joint Stuck

This tool was super helpful on the uppers. Just need to get my socket to remove the rotors and I'll be able to see if this helps.

Suggestions Needed - Lower Ball Joint Stuck

Hey everyone - I'm about at the end of obvious options. The old ball joint is stuck. Really stuck. Both sides. Hammer, pickle fork, heat, pb blaster... I even bent a 36" pry bar trying to separate this thing. Cutting it out looks like my next option but, ugh, not a big fan of that route. I...

WDYD What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

I just finished(like 10 min ago) installing my UCA's and sway bar links. I've been procrastinating the control arms for almost two months. The OEM ones I removed I believe are originals. 253k and were totally shot. Took about 4 hours - my first time - and wasn't terribly difficult. Now time for...

    Factory Roofrack Load Bars

I mounted my Ironman 8' awning to my factory crossbars. Just drilled some holes and sourced some longer bolts so it would fit. I only used two of the three brackets, but mine only weighs 27lbs. No issues and it feels really secure.

SLEE brand lift kit 1.5” vs Ironman Foam Cell Pro 2” stage 2

275/70/18. Bigger, and looks nice, but still sort of skinny. I'm happy with it though.

SLEE brand lift kit 1.5” vs Ironman Foam Cell Pro 2” stage 2

Nice, that's the same setup I have and installed about two weeks ago. I've been very happy with the Ironman so far. Next week will be my first foray on a weekend lite off-road trip, but the commuting to work has been great. Just remember to have the right size drill bit for the control arm...

WDYD What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

It had pretty much everything for the lift. Shocks and springs, torsion bars, diff drop, control arm reinforcement brackets... Here's the link below... They have semi frequent sales, so you can get a good amount off if you time it...

All doors and tailgate will unlock but will not lock

I doubt all of them went bad, but I am not a expert on anything wiring. Unless someone else with more experience with the issue chimes in, if it were me, I would start with cleaning one.

All doors and tailgate will unlock but will not lock

Wouldn't hurt to start with a cleaning on one of them and see if there are improvements. Possible replacement of the actuator?
