CL and FB Marketplace are mostly crackheads. Covid must have made people crazy. You can find ads for 20 year old Tacomas with a quarter million miles for $20k all day.
It does have a Make Offer option. Is there a large crate of parts that supposed to go with it? I especially like the fan...
My input is limited because I have not installed it yet. I Have a set of aftermarket seals and they seemed a simple design. Not sure of the source but they are solid foam. Research I did found people saying aftermarket stuff was too dense and made the doors hard to close. I just ordered OEM...
This is from an automotive engineering site. The image is the same as all the ones that describe ports to brakes. So, if you want your rear brakes to activate before the fronts, hook up the front line to the front port.

I haven't disassembled my 80 cylinder, but if the pistons are separate, then the primary (closest to the booster) builds pressure first. The secondary shouldn't move until the primary pressurizes and starts pushing the secondary piston.
Now I have concerns as well. Looking at almost every diagram of dual circuit master cylinders, the front port goes to the rear brakes. 🤔 And this shows the same thing and then it doesn't. the confusion is real. Front vs Rear ports on master cylinder? -...
This could be the case, but the front of the diff goes up under load. I would think, however, only under hard acceleration, climbing, or towing. Just cruising it shouldn't be torquing that much if at all. But, like you said, if it is already on the edge of being out of parallel, might happen.
Well then the clutch reservoir is painted black? Because if it isn't painted, the clutch fluid is severely contaminated, usually by moisture which leads to rust in the cylinders and darkening of the fluid. Also would explain the problem. Just trying to clarify.
I am reworking my main harness and in deciding which circuits I want to keep, I checked the Dakota manual. It says I can hook up a wire from the brake warning system or parking brake switch for a warning on the cluster. It also says to press and hold a button to clear the warning message.

Your brake lights, hazards, and horn all supplied by the same fuse circuit. Reverse lights are fed from the heater fuse circuit. Check the back of the fuse box and see if one of the terminal blocks have worked loose.
