Rebuilding the PTO and it seems the oil seal is, of course, no longer available. Toyota it as part # 90311-35028. Does anyone know how to cross reference this to an outside supplier? Any help would be appreciated. Tried matching it a local shops and was close but not the same.

Solved my no high idle cold start…..ecu was damaged. Swapped a different ecu and I have high idle cold start again. I will be sending my damaged ecu for inspection and repair.

Yes, I’ve tried that. I also put another IACV in place and still have the cold start issue. Does anyone know what signals the ECU sends during cold startup to enable the high idle?

So the IAC was improperly wired on my vehicle and started. Had to have it wired correctly and replaced the IAC. Now there is no high idle start when cold, I have to give it gas and use the hand throttle till it warms up. Had a local mechanic pull code 43. Took the car to Toyota out here in...

Thanks for the link. Are you able to confirm if the GCC ecu and Euro market ecu are the same? I believe it’s mentioned here that that GCC ecu tend to run the engine more lean than the US, and also don’t utilize O2 sensors. Something I find Europe, with their emission standards, would utilize.

Not sure. I have an an aux fuel tank, rear AC, center console fridge, GCC spec ECU. The wiring would be different etc. Do you have a link to these manuals for the general market/Euro model?
