Why does my 80 series squeaks in reverse?
Universal joints are prone to a squeak or squeal when in reverse, this is not just an 80 issue, it is common on many RWD cars as well as 4WD. Worth greasing at least, but if they have been run dry then they are well on the way out anyway, they are a DIY repair job. Regards Dave- Word Count: 58
