    I checked my sunroof and I did notice a plastic trim cracked off. I wonder if ice broke that or it has been broken before. I'll go get the windshield gasket replaced. That hasn't been replaced since we got it. It most likely is still the original lol

    Thanks for the update. I just opened my driver side door and found chunks of ice and water on the side and the carpet is damp. Looks like I'll have to take mine to a glass shop for this diagnosis and not my neighbor who just replaced the windshield of my other car on the driveway?

    This sounds similar to what the dealer told me last week when they found water intrusion on my driver side. I only see it on the door edge but not on the floor. They said they found rust on the windshield but that would've taken more time so they skipped it.

    it was the opposite for us. it was easier to learn to drive on the lx450 rather than the camry because it was slower to accelerate so it was more forgiving LOL

    nope the servo motor that the other end of the control valve connects to. but I recently just broke the plastic gear for the seat motor too so I'm going to have to pull the two seats out to replace the gears... again.

    I'm going to have a look at the cable connected to the HCV. I doubt I reconnected that properly. It wasn't moving though when I turned the slider to either extremes. it just blows hot all the time. I'll take note of the things you mentioned as well as the servo motor. the cable may have to be...

    I'm still flushing mine. but it feels endless. I still have to find time to get the hoses off the heater core ports to flush that. my new cooling parts have been sitting in the garage for weeks. just my 2 cents. I'll defer to the others if it's recommended to do before replacing the hoses, etc.
