    As much noise as that's making, it's past swapping side to side. If it was mine, I would invest in new units for both sides and prepare a front axle rebuild. Adding grease may make it quieter, but it will not make the problem go away.

    Yeah, the knuckles on there are VERY dry as well. There's not enough lube in there and your Birfields are probably junk.

    Also check the bolts on your brake calipers to make sure they have not fallen out and are binding against the interior of the wheels.

    Sounds to me like the front axle needs to be checked in detail. Possibilities in the order of least expensive to most. Drive flanges U-Joints Birfields Wheel bearings and spindles. Basically, you need a front end rebuild. Start gathering parts or searching for a shop to do the work.
