I noticed the OP has a 1990 HDJ81. That’s the 1HDT correct? Known for BEB failure? Is the same true in the 1HDFT?

Finally got around to doing the head light upgrade to the JTXs. Tracking down the dual square brackets was a bit of a bitch, and I’m going to have to have my condenser line re routed (again).

It had a little less than 1/4 tank left.

Haven’t checked it yet but that’s first on my list. The issues arose after I filled up my tank so there’s a chance I put gas (prolly not the case) in a diesel or I put bad diesel in the truck.

They’re floor mats from cruisercorps. They don’t make rhd, so I just flipped them upside down and switched the sides they’re on. I chose the Coastal bumpers cause my bro in law has them on his Tacoma and likes them.

Thanks guys. Drilling a hole in the manifold scares the s*** out of me. I don’t intend on tuning the IP, but given that this truck has 70k miles and will one day be my soon-to-be son’s, I want to make sure it lasts for years to come.
