Next time ill be more careful with my words.
Turns out the driver side axle seal that wse barely leaking, agan not enough to drip, was bad. The tension spring that is suspose to be in the seal wasent I would emagine thats ware it came from.
All brand new hose was used and the connection is tight I was extremly careful when running the hose not to pinch it etc.
The left rear seal was leaking just berely, not even enough to drip. I to was thinking condensation but man thats allot for for no more time than was on that gear oil. Is...
I put new gear oil in the rear end last fall, went on 1 trip where I forded about 30 " of water. Other than that it basicley sat all winter.
I decided to pull the cover and check on the welded rear end, WOW about 2 cups of water came out, I have extended the vent with 1/4" vacume tube so it...

I finally got do some wheeling "some", Ended up braking the pinion but thats a different thing. After about 1 hr of fighting manual steering something came loose, the piston in the steering box. Now with 35-12.5's on pavement at idle 1 finger lock to lock. Thats the way it should be. So...
I called AGR yesterday, I doo have the lines correct. The port closest to the input shaft of the box is the pressure port.
They couldent help with much else over the phone, other than make absouletly shoure the system is blead. And your hoses are in good shape so they dont suck air, eaven...
I agree
The pump was on a circle track car, the box was on some gm car that i found in a old junk yard that was beaing dismantled for scrap steel.

Steers eqally as hard on gravel and even drivng I'ts alittle better but not much, feals like manual.
I'm cerous if it could be the seals internally in box. On the other hand the outer seals arn't leaking, is it then possable to assume the inner seals are ok?
I have a sbc with a 4 turn 4 bolt box (in front of the frame)and signaw pump, all parts are from a junk yard.

THanks for your help
Thanks every one!
I had a pipe that just slid over the c clip and was 3" longer than the longer inner. With a rag in the other end 4 pops and the long one was a apart one pop and the short one came apart. Total time spent about 3 mimutes.
I'm re greasing my knuckles and cant figure out how to disasemble the birfields to clean them and regrease. I read the article on the marlin tack and plan to do this. Sliding the C clip that's easy to git to does nothing. Eany sugestions or tricks would be great...
