40 racks are VERY close to being in stock. There are a couple of bends that are one at a time and take forever. Once those are in the cnc bender file the process speeds up a ton.

You should be able to massage it back into shape. The aluminum will give that much, I don’t use 6061 because it is too rigid. The 5053 gives a nice balance between stiffnes and give. Use wood blocks for dolly’s and your powder coat should hold up fine
I’ve got got 9 coming from here with my 80, the 40, and the 55. Assuming they all run at one time lol. I don’t have enough family that knows how to drive a manual so Chunk stays home.

Have to finish the bracing and the tie down setup and it is ready. Will be model specific for the 60 and 80 series to start.
Fix it and run it. My 100 got rolled and seriously messed up but I still think I’ll fix it (and take a $$ beating doing it) A good hundred is worth a lot. All that criticism in the years past is gone. They are amazing trucks.

Sorry all, I wish I could keep up but it has just been crazy lately. I do put racks on the site Wednesdays for the most part in the a.m. I don't know if I will be doing it this week though because of back log.
