Anyone know where the horn relay is for the 04 4Runner. When I hit the horn. -- No "beep".
Its not the fuse. I cant find the relay to save my life and I think that is most likely the prob.
Any help? I'm at a loss and god forbid I have to take it to the "Stealer" to fix...
I bought a 1995 FZJ80.
When I turn the key sometimes it won't start. Then when I try the next time it may start. Sometimes it takes 3 to 7 times. Its not a battery issue.
I found this video on youtube. The guys is doing exactly what mine is doing...
Had an offer of 6500 and one for 7000
I passed. I have too much invested. I'd rather drive it for a year and have some fun. I really need the 7600.
Still there though. Last shot. The market is slow for everything I've noticed so I'll be taking it off the market by next week if no...
Well, based on feedback I have lowered my price on CL.
Lowered now to 7600.
Prior to that, no bites. No offers. Not even a lowly scammer has contacted me yet with the higher price.
What an outrage.
Thanks for the info. I was with you the whole way til you got to the Vikings thing. lol
I'll check that site out you mentioned.
I may end up keeping it. Who knows. But after reading through the posts I now hate the stripe and want some tall skinny tires. haha
The damn seat needs...
OK. Help me out here.
Am I asking too much? (8500)
If so... what is a fair price?
Be reasonable with your opinion.
I may just keep it now as I have some money in the truck and I hate to take a bath.
So... tell me...
Just a re-summarization of the recent work done to my 60 by Cruiser Solutions in Hampstead NH.
I wanted it running well incase I decided not to sell it. I hear the winters can be cruel here in MN so I needed it to be reliable and it runs like new now.
carb rebuild and install,
"What did you use for the rust coat prevention underneath? "
The previous owner did any restoration work. I bought it when I saw it for sale. So I'm not sure what he used. When I shipped the rig here to Minnesota I was underneath it when it was on the trailer just looking at it .....and...
I guess if you want to buy a 60 in perfect condition you can buy the ones listed for 15 - 19K
A seat, a rear carpet and a windshield fix just make it your own truck. Cheap fixes. Then its practically perfect. It's never run better.
I'll prolly list it on Ebay and Craigslist in a couple...
Ha. I hear ya. I have a 4Runner too. I'd like to buy an FJ80 once I sell this one. Maybe a 1993 or 94.
QUOTE="DrivingMissRosey"]Do you have another 4x4 for those MN winters? They can be brutal and a having a reliable 60 is peace of mind. Just saying.....
