My lift is MAYBE 2", with 285's on.
I didn't really hit me as it happened the seriousness of this, but now since I've had time to kinda digest it, I'm glad it happened while I was doing 25mph in town, rather than barreling down I-15 70+mph!
It's good to be alive, lol.
Thank you, kind sir!!
Just for anyone looking for the same info in the future, here is the reply I got from Onur:
Front soft lines at calipers:
90430-10074 x4 (high pressure gaskets)
Rear soft lines at calipers:
My brake failed yesterday (Hose cracked and lost all fluid).
Do any of you happen to know if the parts are the same/interchangeable between the FJ/FZJ80 and HDJ81('90/RHD/MT/PT 4wd).
I searched and also posted this in the Diesel Forum, but it is kinda time sensitive and I would like to...
Sorry, I've been MIA for awhile, but decided to come back a few days ago. :)
And lo and behold, yesterday after dropping my kid & friend at a swimming pool I lost my brakes.
I'll spare you the drama, but the DS brakeline had cracked at the wheel and lost its pressure/fluid.
Anyway, I would...
Do you happen to have a (US) DS front fender flare? If they're not the same size then I need one from 91/92.
Also, the inside door handle bezels, in gray. The part that is held by a screw. I may just need the front two, but how much are they, each, if you happen to have them?
Are you talking about the JDM HDJ81, RHD, with the opposite/wrong light pattern, for the US driver's side headlight assy, with yellow bulb cover over the fog/inner lamp?(H3C?).
Just curious and trying to clarify.
Pssst, NOT tryna rain on anybody's parade or burst bubbles, but the writing below "almost" says "Genuine Parts", and above says... "Specter Offroad".
Sorry, if this is news or comes as a surprise to any of you...
Are you gonna be here permanently?
For a short-term/temporary thing you should/might be able to as mentioned above.
But anything long-term it would be challenging. It has been done, but it's gray, and if you don't do a good job you could end up getting your rig confiscated and crushed...
