I know you just got your truck back so I'd expect this may take a little time to gather.

Good, a wastegate on the small turbo means there are adjustments that can be made. Ok, if you can get me some numbers let's see how the two turbos are working together. Perhaps a passenger can take some notes while you do the driving. I'd rather have specifics to get a better understanding...

Couple of questions after seeing your results. 1600 egt is definitely no bueno. Does the super 30 have a wastegate? I see the total boost gauge, any chance you have a boost gauge reading boost just on the large (primary) turbo? That will help in tuning to see how the two are sharing the load.

    4BT Swap Help( I know I know)

With that I think just adapting to your tcase would be great. I would not suggest adding in a doubler. I'd also look into a lower stall converter for your tranny and numerically lower gears for your diffs to maximize the torque of the 4bt for good economy and more comfortable top end speed...

I do have my small to larger turbo transition pipe (hot pipe) wrapped as well as my down pipe off of my large turbo down to under-ish the rig. I don't have any wrap on my exhaust manifold nor am I running any turbo blankets. Blankets would be easy to install but wrapping the manifold would...

    4BT Swap Help( I know I know)

I'll ask the standard question that will help direct comments and suggestions: What's the intended use for this rig? Knowing that will help us offer suggestions towards your end goal. For example, I wanted to do some hard trails with mine and I found that I could install a doubler (203 H/L...

Yup, some kind of prefilter like that has been what I've been thinking too. I'd love to get it in the cowl but I haven't figured out a way in my set up yet. Your filter is further back than mine and pretty much already enclosed so hopefully you can make it work.

She's gonna get prettied up. The dual batteries have caused me creative positioning in the engine bay too. If you do move them you'll have a lot more room to play with under the hood that will come in handy when you get that second turbo stuffed in there! Would you plan some kind of power...

Interesting results. The last cylinder is the furthest away from the coolant flow so it makes sense it should be hotter. This is also the likely spot for coolant pressure spikes when pushing more power and was the reason I ended up installing a coolant bypass set up to release pressure from...

So did the small turbo get changed out? Is it the super HX 30 you are running now? For electrical did you throw a multimeter on the battery posts to get some readings? How about when it's running, showing any charge?

@Kief I am currently running my electric fan sensor on the front port on the engine side of the thermostat. I am running my factory and aftermarket gauge sensors off of the rear driver side port off of cylinder 4 as that's been said to be the hottest reading from these engines. The...

@cruisermatt Yes, I am still running that speed sensor set up. It continues to work and I have not had to get into my transmission to install the ring where it should be so I'm still using it as is. The wheel does have a little wobble while spinning but does not cause any issues with the...

    Target carrier

I was worried about how you were going to move that beast around but then I saw some forks in the background so with having a forklift heavy objects aren't an issue. It does look pretty nice and that vice looks like it has gotten some work hardening love with it's battle scars.

    3.5 Ecoboost swap...thoughts?

I'd like to see this done but we're going to need lots of pictures if you decide on the EB. Even with my far from stock build I've had several inquiries about selling it. It sounds like you'll be doing a change to something with more power regardless so when you planning on starting your swap?

Just did this to a new old truck I picked up recently that has had charging problems from no charge to more recently over charging and now it's a steady 14V on the gauge. So nice seeing that stable now and it wasn't hard to set up. Transpo IN8315 right?

That's good, now you're using all the 3200rpm spring that we put in there. Just don't spend much time a 3200rpm due to valve float potential on stock valve springs that typically start around there. If you upgrade the valve springs this won't be an issue.

Don't convert to the HX35 if you're going to stay as a single. Keep your 30 on there. The Diesel site probably has much more experience with the 6bt and not so much the 4bt.
