    200 Daily Driver or Beater

Part of the justification for buying my Land Cruiser was that it could do all tasks without too much compromise, I drive it every day. My wife does most of the run around errand stuff in her car which at the moment is a Volvo sedan but I think now with the 200 as the large rig a small city hot...

Anyone have rear shock guards on?

Got my stainless Budbuilt bolted on today as well, no more wincing when I drag these over the rocks.

SQOD Squad - Stupid Question Of the Day

This seems like the right spot for this question. I am curious if you must come to a complete stop to shift from 4H to 4L and back or if this could be done while coasting along in N? It would be super convenient to shift to N while rolling and hit 4H for the park roads in between trails at OHV...

    Events/Trails LCDC 6 Official Thread

My inclination is to do the same, especially since in 12 years living in Denver I never made it up to Fort Collins. I am torn though and am wondering where the social hub of this event will end up being, in town or up in the campgrounds? Basically just want to lay my head down closest to where...

    200 series picture thread

You got it, that was a couple weekends back. This last weekend was Hidden Falls Adventure Park below for a couple of nights of camping and wheeling. I wish this place was as close as Bridgeport because it was pretty great.

    Best "easy" camping food

A shortcut I like that both saves time trash and space is beating a dozen eggs at home and pouring them in a water bottle to store in my 12v fridge. It's great because you don't have any waste whatsoever to deal with, no broken eggs and way less space than a carton.

SQOD Squad - Stupid Question Of the Day

Sure do, sorry my post before was on the phone so I didn't have it handy at the time. These are what I used and they've made a significant difference with the tint.

    Grom VLine

If it works as intended AA/Carplay would allow many of the most used features on your phone to be accessed on the head unit. For example, which do you prefer using google maps on your phone OR the factory nav to locate an address? If you're like me you consider every app on your phone to be far...

SQOD Squad - Stupid Question Of the Day

Not sure about the tint question itself but I highly recommend upgrading the backup light bulbs to a high output LED no matter what tint you end up with. It changed nighttime backups for my tint to where I can actually see again and the camera is so much clearer as well. There are threads with...

SQOD Squad - Stupid Question Of the Day

I'm pretty surprised about the crockpot. When I first got the truck and saw the outlet I thought it would be really fun to take a sous vide on the road since they take up so little space but that quickly faded when I looked at the watts required to run the Joule. I'll have to look into charging...

Bank of four 22ah Batteries Feedback?

I've thought about this location for some DIY lithium cells as well. I mounted my fuse box and solar charge controller there and thought a Red Arc Manager 30 and a creative house battery could potentially fit. I loosely started adding it up in my head however and realized there was no way I...

SQOD Squad - Stupid Question Of the Day

Is there any practical use for the 120v outlet in the cargo area? I wanted to use it to power the blower on an Aerobed air mattress for my girls to sleep on camping so I tested it at home before we left and it worked, then out at the campsite nothing. Needless to say I was annoyed borrowing...

Don't forget wheel offset, I don't believe you guys are running the same offset and that has a significant impact on where and if rubbing occurs. I'm having good success with 285/75 R17 at 0 offset and UCA's as well, it's been flexed offroad and there's not much clearance but enough. It's a...

All in, including my wife and 14yr old daughter. We were so excited we had to go find a little taste yesterday. Turns out my wife likes to drive after all. We can't wait to meet all of you and hope there will be a good showing of families as well.

Agreed, those trucks are pretty long but they did seem to cut the corners off a bit. I've never used Turn Assist is it of any use in situations like these?

    Builds Romer's 200 Build Thread

I wonder if you could adapt the Front Runner quick release brackets to work with your system? That could really make for a slick hook up and go setup. Love it, nice work.

    ARB drawers vs Trekboxx

@Forerunner I can confirm that the CFX75 dual zone I have fits just barely (it's what I had at SCC) and without any modifications. However and this is what @TrekboxX is referring to I suspect based on pictures of the other install he mentioned...it won't fit with the fridge/cargo barrier that is...
