I have a brand new EmpireCover.com cover for sale. I purchased it for my FJ40, but it was too long. I sent it in for a warranty repair after using it for 3 months (strap came un sewn from cover), and they sent me a band new cover. That cover is now for sale. It is a Titan V 5L, size U2. In the meantime, I decided to go down one size from a Size 2 to a Size 1 and purchase the one that fit.

Here are the sizes. The 1 fits the FJ40 well. The 2 was two feet too long.

SUV Cover Size 0: Fits SUVs up to 162" L x 59" W x 60" H
SUV Cover Size 1: Fits SUVs up to 186" L x 59" W x 60" H
SUV Cover Size 2: Fits SUVs up to 210" L x 68" W x 60" H
SUV Cover Size 3: Fits SUVs up to 229" L x 68" W x 67.5" H

My loss is your gain. I'll sell it for $155 shipped in CONUS. New is $227 (there is a discount for 25% to $171 right now).

10 year warranty. I'll send the original paperwork so you can warranty it if ever needed, though I don't think they'll ask.

I love the cover. It is highly waterproof, thick, but is felt lined on the inside.
