These are in great shape. I got them last year, wire wheeled the surface rust, painted with rust bullet and then freeborn red. Installed brand new weatherstripping. No rot anywhere, all metal. They do have extra holes drilled by a PO, but are in excellent shape otherwise. The lock latch works fine as well. If your doors are rotted, these will make great replacements! No hinges or latch hardware.

Not seen these ones in person, but looking at the pics they look like the OEM's that came from Toyota.

They are OEM. Probably pre-74 doors based on the older style license plate holder (single light, not dual light).
