Looks like I'm going to be buying a 2FE project from another ONSC member, so my 2F and LPG setup is going to be up for sale.

Motor is still in vehicle and purring like a kitten.

2F - '78. 117K original miles (bottom end untouched)
Head was reworked in March '11, and has less than 150 miles on it since (95% trail)
Also included in the sale is the Impco LPG setup, from tanks to carb and air filter.

Head work was done ONLY to increase compression to take advantage of the LP. 4 angle valve grind, new valve seals, the works.
3FE exhaust manifolds are installed. Work great! Offenhauser intake used to convert to the LP Carb.
Rear main leaks onto (or into) the inspection cover, but it never drips a single drop. NO OTHER OIL LEAKS.

She runs really strong, and in fact I hate to get rid of the original motor, but this opportunity with the 2FE popped up just as I was about to go TBI, so I decided to go this route. Great offroad, tons of torque and runs at any angle on the LP. Best I can figure it only gets about 8mpg street driving, but it's really hard to check it and that was before I redid the head IIRC. I had planned to add HEI dizzy to take more advantage of the high octane of LP and never did, but I suspect that would increase the mileage. However, I could run all day and then some on the trails on one forklift tank, which is around 8 gallons, so I never thought much about it. Around here, LP is $3/gallon, so it was actually pretty good as far as cost efficiency.

$1,100 for the combo, not interested in separating. Located near Raleigh NC (27560)

A little shaky and the knock you hear is my exhaust that actually just touches the frame until the motor warms up.

PM me to discuss, it's still in my Cruiser and I can leave it there for a few weeks if someone wants to see it run in person.
