86-95 Pickup is not a Tacoma. Tacoma's started in '96. 2nd Gen pickup and forerunner are the rigs it should fit. Also, I believe the correct part # is 3414070.

Thanks for the clarification. Part number is 3214070 possible because non-winch bumper.
