I'm in the process of parting out and re-building my FJ80, and the rear bumper isn't going to work with the new build-up....so it's gotta go.
It's made by RockWare in Colorado Springs, CO. These were one-off fab job, based on 2x4 rectangular steel, made stupid strong. Located in Denver, CO and shipping is available to anywhere.
Front bumper: Has bull-bar style hoops made of 1.5" and 2" DOM tubing, has some damage on the left-side (scuffs and a dent- as it was pushed in on a roll-over a few weeks ago) but could be straightened. It's gonna need some work to get it back to 100% on the driver's side, but it is still a wicked bumper! Holds a standard 4-bolt base winch - have my EP9.0 Superwinch in it now. Roller Fairlead mount and it also has 2 light tabs just above the fairlead.
The Sliders are 2x4 rails, with 2x2 square tubing arms - welded and gusseted to the frame. They run the full length of the rockers, and do not have a 'kick-out' in the back. They're crazy strong, as I've used my Hi-Lift on 'em and they've never budged an inch. I'll plasma-cut them off the frame, so you're not loosing length on the mounting tabs. They're currently on an FJ80 - with the cats under the driver's floorboard. These sliders have been used, but not trashed. They're perfectly straight, but have some scratches in the powder-coating.
The rear bumper is crazy stout, holds a 35" tire just fine. It has a gas-shock that extends the swing-out while you're opening it and holds it out as well - swing-out is on the driver's side. It has an aluminum clasp that holds it closed - has never come open while wheeling, very well designed system. The spindle is heavy-duty and has an aluminum cap - looks really sharp. It also has a mount for the Hi-Lift jack, holds it vertically just to the left of the tire. The side protection arms mount to the frame, just behind the rear wheels, with 1" bolts - so it's absolutely stupid strong. The receiver hitch has towed 5k no problem for me - even though it's not 'rated' for towing. It uses the stock 80 bolt-holes in the rear crossmember - and is a very clean looking installed bumper. The rear on the left has some slight scuffs in the powdercoat, but no dents.
I can ship any and all of this set-up to any major city rather cost-effectively, just let me know where you are, and I'll get shipping quotes.
Front: $500.00
Sliders: $600.00
Rear: $1200.00
This set-up cost over $3500 to have built - and it isn't a light set-up. So make me a reasonable offer on the entire set-up or I'll sell 'em individually.
Shipping will be on a pallet, shrink-wrapped and blanket pad-wrapped. They'll be banded to a skid - easy to load and unload....or you can pick 'em up - or I can get 'em to you if you're close-by in Colorado.
PM me if you're interested, and I'll post-up some pictures this afternoon!
Thanks,
Jeff
