Pulled the semi float rear axle out of my 91

I'm willing to sell it complete or part it out...

Since i gotta post a price... I'm using that famous online used parts place and taking a $100 off that cost... so $400 whole axle

If you come and get it out of my driveway... I'll give you a SCREAMING deal.

Or will trade for a Glock 26 or maybe even a .22 pistol... just lemme know what you got...

Where are you located? "reaching around" doesn't help much since I've never been there! lol

National Champs, AL doesn't tell you anything?

I assume you want it. So PM me an offer. I might could deliver it halfway to Birmingham this weekend...

I coulda sworn it said "reaching around" in the location when I saw the post ... sorry 'bout that lol! Still on the fence about wether to go centered or stay with LC off center. What I'm worried about is possibly breaking the LC transfer case with the higher output of an SBC. What are your thoughts?

How far off center is the chunk on the FJ80 axle? I've heard it isn't as far off as the FJ40 and 60. I'm wondering if I shaved the long side enough to match the width of a '40 front axle (about 4-5 inches or so) would it be close enough to center to avoid vibration?

I can do the research but I'm wondering if you could just measure it for me and tell me what the distances are from center of chunk to each perch. If it looks like it's work centered or left alone I'll be way interested.

Thanks,
Don

uh, ummm, B! ?

Drive it backwards

No I was gonna do rear axles on the front and the back just to be original!

I would love to find a centered Toyota axle that was as beefy as a Land Cruiser. This is the only one that is close enough to being centered from what I read.

I'm not sure "B" was the right answer. I'll have the aid check your quiz and notify you.

Really, let me do some research and I'll get back by the end of the day.

It's now pulled apart! I can easily get it back together if someone wants the whole thing... otherwise, it can be parted out...
