I purchased this for a trip but ended up not using it. It has some surface rust but you can wipe it off easily, it actually came like this. Full kit, all there, $150 shipped conus. I guess I should state that this rack is only for the 4x4 Labs rear swing outs. You probably could adapt it for any 2x2 box tube swing out but thats up to you to figure out. I was thinking I could modify it for my slee swing out but i would have to do a lot of fab work to make it happen. I ended up just buying a Yakima "spare time" rack that attached to the spare tire lugs.
