I am parting out axles from a '86 HJ60. Buyer pays shipping. Located in Greenville, SC. Parts will be ready to ship by next week. Here's what's available...

Disk brake conversion "kit" - knuckles, steering arms, calipers, rotors, hubs sold separately. I may end up offering these for local pickup only, due to the weight - SOLD

Front axles shafts w/ birfs (1 long, 1 short) - SOLD
Aisin Hubs - One cover plate bolt is sheared off in the hub. It will need to be drilled out, price reduced - SOLD

If the rear axle shafts are the right length for an FJ40, I will take them. I plan on putting in a fine spline locker and swap in the newer style shafts.

What kind of shape are the front hubs? much rust? Can I get a pic? Also interested in front disc backing plates, if not rusty.

What kind of shape are the the brake parts in? Would I need to buy new rotors and rebuild calipers?

The rotors are not new, but in working order. They were not warped or anything from what I can tell. They are a little grooved, so you might have them turned. The calipers also work just fine. I'd say you can certainly just bolt these parts on and go, but while they're off they'd benefit from a good cleaning.

I can not say for sure. I want to say the 60 axles are a little wider though. Maybe one will work but not the other? I can't remember...

Pics added to post 1.

They could all use a little more cleaning, but the disk backing plates are actually in very good shape.

Also, i forgot that one of the hub cover plate bolts it sheared off in the hub. It's been that way since I bought the truck. It doesn't cause a leak, but it should probably be drilled and tapped. I have lowered the asking price accordingly.
