Strange seatbelt wet problem (1 Viewer)

My 2nd row driver side window seat has a seal belt that gets wet on a portion of it mostly the portion that sits behind the plastic trim before you pull it out to buckle somebody in.

Headliner is not wet, nothing around the area wet.. it gets really damp though not soaked per say .. before I rip thing apart any quick ideas where just the seat belt gets wet.

Same thing was happening to my '97. It was the quarter belt moulding which is the plastic trim along the bottom of the rear sliding window. Searching should get you a part # and explanation.
